Gearz is club management and event ticketing for car club organizers — one place instead of the 5 apps you’re juggling, and no more chasing Venmo for dues. We open soon, and founding spots are limited.

From map-first event discovery to integrated ticketing and club management, Gearz provides the ultimate toolkit for car culture organizers and enthusiasts.
Car meets, track days, and cruises on a live map — filter by type, date, or club instead of scrolling three Facebook groups.
Log every mod and what it cost in a digital garage, then send one link when someone asks what you have done to the car.

Keep the roster, dues, roles, and private events in one dashboard, so your members see a club that is actually run well.

Take payment on the event page through Stripe. No DM receipts, no cash box at the gate, no third-party ticketing app.
Every meet you attend and every mod you log earns XP. Your Gearhead Score is proof you are actually in the scene, not just online.
Browse events near you on a live map. Filter by type, date, or club.
RSVP or buy tickets in one tap. Join clubs. Build your garage profile.
Every event you attend, every mod you log earns XP. Your Gearhead Score grows.
Find meets nearby, RSVP on the go, and keep your crew's energy alive — the map, the meets, and your club, wherever you are.

“I used to post on 3 different Facebook groups. Now I drop one link and done.”

“The Gearhead Score actually makes me want to show up to more meets.”
Your first year of the Gearhead plan for $49 instead of $99.90, a beta seat in the first wave we open, that $49/year rate locked for as long as you stay subscribed, a founding badge on your garage, and direct input on what gets built next.
No. Finding meets, RSVPing, and building a garage profile are free and stay free. Paid plans are for organizers who run clubs and sell tickets. During pre-launch you can browse everything without an account.
We are opening in waves so the map is actually full when you get there, rather than sending everyone to an empty one. Join the waitlist and we let people in as your area fills up — or claim a founding spot and skip the queue.
The home base for car culture — events, clubs, garage, and gamification in one place.
Yes. The Enthusiast plan is free forever. Paid plans unlock more features.
Sign-ups are invite-only while we open city by city. Join the waitlist and we let people in as your area fills up, or claim a founding spot to get in on day one. Browsing events and clubs needs no account at all.
Yes — the Gearhead plan adds Stripe Connect and paid events, with a 5% + $0.50 Gearz fee per paid ticket (Stripe charges its own processing fee on top). Crew Chief adds advanced ticketing tiers, analytics and unlimited members.
Anyone anywhere can join the waitlist and claim a founding spot. We open city by city so each map has real density on day one, starting in the US and expanding from there — the waitlist is how we decide the order, so adding your city is the fastest way to move it up.
Gearz is purpose-built for car culture — map-first discovery, integrated ticketing, club management, and a reputation system that rewards showing up.
Free tools like Facebook Events and spreadsheets are free because they do one thing. Gearz replaces five of them — map discovery, RSVPs, ticketing, club rosters, and garage profiles — in one place. The Crew Chief plan at $19.99/club/month costs less than a single Eventbrite fee on a 50-person paid meet, and includes advanced ticketing, push notifications, and member export that no free tool offers.
They don't have to sign up to see your stuff. Every event and club page is a public link that works for anyone — post it in your group chat or on Instagram like you do now. Members only make an account when they RSVP or buy a ticket.
Your roster is yours. Crew Chief includes member export to CSV, so you can pull your full member list out whenever you want. Cancel from your account settings and you keep access until the end of the billing period.
Gearz runs in any phone browser — nothing to download. Add it to your home screen and it opens full-screen like an app, with the live map and your tickets.
Browsing meets is free and always will be. Founding spots are for organizers who want to run their club on Gearz from day one — and want a say in what gets built.
One payment for your first year. Then $49/year for as long as you stay — even after launch pricing goes up.
First cities open in 2027. All sales final — founding places are non-refundable.
Not an organizer? You never need a paid plan. Browsing meets is free, no account needed, during pre-launch and after. RSVPing takes a free account, which is invite-only until we open.
